I saw a need and executed the solution. The e-commerce experience that my team manages is extensive and includes multiple lines of business from Internet and mobile to streaming services. I noticed that my UX team did not have one central place where our files lived and were desperate for a main source of truth document that matched what was in production. It sounds simple, but if you don’t have this in place, simply starting a project hinders productivity. This saved my team and I so much time and effort and I’m really proud of taking on this initiative.
